The article, “…

The article, “Ron Paul: maverick who could decide the future of the Republican party,” by Ed Pilkingotn and Adam Gabbat   ultimately explains how Ron Paul’s rise in politics is causing repercussions. Ron Paul grew up in Pennsylvania with his family. His family were Lutheran and his father ran a dairy company. Before entering the world of politics, Paul went in to medicine after school, then entered the air force. He was famous for delivering 4,000 babies as an obstetrician. Unlike other Republicans, Paul was one of 6 to vote against the 2002 congressional resolution which called for invasion in Iraq, but he wanted troops to come home. Gingrich did not like Pauil’s anti-war views, and claimed he was, “utterly irrational,” especially because he was against killing Osama Bin Laden. Attendants of Ron Paul’s rallies included, anti war veterans, religious conservatives, legalise canibus campaigners, home schoolers, truthers, and anti-abortionists. As a politician, Ron Paul wanted to abolish the education department, end all federal controls on pollution, eliminate income tax, and a few others. Ron Paul may have not been in high favor of South Carolinians, he was admired by majority of the rest of the ideas for his alternate ideas behind republican ideas.
